Last October 01, 2007 at 12 p.m., Popstar Britney Spears, passed custody of her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James , to her ex, Kevin Federline.But she is allowed to have one overnight visit per week with her sons.

Here are some reasons why she passed the custody of her kids :

(1) Repeatedly entering rehab - then leave early.

(2) Frequently leaving her children with nanny to go out and party till the wee hours.

(3) Bizarre public behavior

(4) Ordered her to meet with drug counselor - Britney failed to do so.

(5) Ordered her to submit to bi-weekly random drug and alcohol tests - Britney failed to do so.

(6) Ordered her to enroll in parenting classes - she failed to do so.

(7) Required her to sign judges order - she didn’t sign it.

(8) Ordered her to refrain from driving the kids around anymore without a valid California license.

(9) Ordered Britney to refrain from alcohol within 12 hours of taking control of the children. - - Caught on camera numerous times violating that order.

Now, the kids are in Kevin’s custody but people are wondering what kind of father the former Mr. Britney Spears be.
